Annabel’s Club London decided to celebrate the week of the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2008 by commissioning us to turn it into a Garden for the week. We garlanded the entrance and throughout the club with boxwood together with cascading potted pink hydrangeas, miniature assorted coloured roses, foxgloves, lavender, and assorted herbs. The visual effect, as well as the fragrance, was intoxicating. The private dining room was adorned with over 200 Stephanotis plants cascading down the walls and across wires all over the ceiling to the central chandelier. The table was dressed with William Yeoward crystal glasses and one of his beautiful dinner services.
